This is a unique opportunity to apply your real-world expertise in EHRs, clinical workflows, and hospital infrastructure to help AI systems reason more accurately about healthcare technology — all from the comfort of your home, on a schedule that works for you.
Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and technical troubleshooting Apply your hands-on knowledge of EHRs, clinical applications, and hospital infrastructure to assess whether AI outputs are accurate and practical Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated clinical IT content Translate your understanding of clinical-technical workflows into structured, actionable feedback Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Who You Are
Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure Skilled at troubleshooting and diagnosing clinical system issues Comfortable bridging the gap between clinical workflows and technical solutions Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows Familiarity with AI tools or large language models Experience training clinicians or technical staff on healthcare systems
