The business has a rich archive of daily dog photos and videos, and is seeking a creative professional to help expand its reach and engagement on Instagram. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strategic insight, and hands-on expertise to grow the account’s following and maximize the impact of its content.

Deliverables

Develop and implement a tailored Instagram growth strategy to increase followers and engagement. Analyze current content and audience insights to identify opportunities for improvement. Advise on content themes, posting schedules, and hashtag strategies to optimize reach. Create and schedule posts, stories, and reels as needed to maintain a consistent and engaging presence. Monitor analytics and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Offer recommendations for community engagement and collaboration opportunities.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing and growing Instagram accounts, preferably for small businesses or pet-related brands. Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices. Creative eye for visual storytelling and content curation. Proficiency with Instagram analytics and scheduling tools. Excellent communication skills and ability to provide actionable marketing advice. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Familiarity with the pet industry or a passion for animals is a plus. Availability for an initial project with potential for ongoing collaboration.
