As we continue to expand, we are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across both B2B and B2C markets.

Position Overview We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead Pragra's growth initiatives across corporate partnerships, individual enrollments, and strategic market expansion. This is a leadership role for someone who can develop and execute business strategies, build long-term client relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, and manage the complete sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable selling technology training solutions to enterprise clients and consulting professionals looking to upskill.

Key Responsibilities - Business Development & Strategy Develop and execute Pragra's business growth strategy across B2B and B2C markets. Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, outreach, referrals, and lead generation. Represent Pragra at networking events, career fairs, corporate meetings, and industry conferences. Develop expansion strategies for new programs, partnerships, and regional growth.

B2B Sales Identify and engage corporate clients requiring technology training and workforce upskilling. Build relationships with HR leaders, Learning & Development teams, IT managers, and business executives. Present customized corporate training solutions and close enterprise sales opportunities. Negotiate contracts, proposals, and partnership agreements. Manage key client accounts and ensure long-term relationship growth.

B2C Sales Guide prospective students through the admissions and consultation process. Understand career goals and recommend suitable training programs. Conduct consultations, follow-ups, and conversion activities. Collaborate with the admissions team to improve enrollment performance. Maintain exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Tech Sales Promote Pragra's portfolio of AI, Java, Cloud & DevOps, Data Engineering, Business Analysis, QA Automation, and other technology programs. Stay informed on technology trends and labour market demands. Position Pragra as a trusted workforce development partner for both individuals and organizations.

Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales relationship management. Develop sales forecasts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports. Analyze sales performance and optimize conversion strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns that generate qualified leads.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Sales and Corporate Partnerships. Proven experience managing both B2B and B2C sales. Experience in technology, education tech, SaaS, IT services, or workforce development is highly preferred. Strong negotiation, professionalism, a self-starter who can succeed as an autonomous leader with presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Preferred Experience: EdTech sales and B2B experience. Technology consulting or IT services sales. CRM experience (Zoho, or similar). Digital sales and lead generation. Strategic planning and business expansion. Partnership development. Public speaking and client presentations.
