This position has a term length of two years.
Location - This role is in-person at North Campus, Edmonton.

Serve as the first point of contact for the Faculty of Engineering by managing front-desk reception, answering phone and email inquiries, and directing visitors to appropriate departments or staff members.

Coordinate and support daily administrative operations, including meeting and event scheduling, room bookings, mail distribution, records management, and office supply inventory.

Maintain and update departmental communications tools such as staff directories, distribution lists, and website content to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.

Provide facilities and security support by coordinating key and card access, managing classroom and meeting space bookings, and maintaining access inventories and schedules.

Liaise with internal departments and service providers to resolve maintenance, equipment, photocopier, phone, and facility-related issues in a timely manner.

Support faculty, staff, and students by responding to operational inquiries, processing booking requests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office and program functions.

Post-Secondary Diploma in business administration or related field (combination of education and related experience may be considered)

18 months of related customer service or business administration (front desk) experience, preferably in a post-secondary environment

Comprehensive computer proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.) applications
