Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Financial Documents Specialist (German) to work on a contractual basis. This person will be responsible for reviewing and processing financial documents, utilizing their German language skills to ensure accuracy and attention to detail. The work will involve collaborating with a global team, contributing to the financial operations of a leading organization, and will have a direct impact on the company's financial management.

Key Responsibilities: • Review and process financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and other financial records, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Utilize German language skills to translate and interpret financial documents, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial documents, providing support and guidance as needed. • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of financial regulations and policies, applying this knowledge to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review and process financial documents accurately and efficiently. • Experience working with financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and other financial records, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and policies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
