. 🔹 Key Responsibiliti esProvide direct patient care within the Emergency Ro omAssist in triage support and prioritize patient needs under RN/physician guidan ceMonitor patient conditions and promptly report chang esAdminister medications and treatments as per established protoco lsSupport emergency procedures and interventio nsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentati onAssist with patient mobility and basic care (ADLs as require d)Collaborate effectively with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary team membe rsAdhere to infection control, safety, and emergency protoco
ls ✅ Qualifications (BC Standar ds)✔ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma or equival ent✔ Active BCCNM registrat ion✔ Minimum 1 year of Canadian experience required (ER experience preferr ed)✔ BLS certification required (ACLS considered an ass et)✔ Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in high-pressure environme nts✔ Excellent communication and teamwork ski
