We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Demand Planner to join our Inventory Management team in Langley, BC. This temporary position is expected to last 12 months. Reporting to the Manager, Demand Planning, you will be responsible for developing demand plans within assigned categories, including weekly base and promotional plans, sell-thru, seasonal demand, and channel inventory. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Supply Planning, Category Management, Corporate Brands, and Merchandising to develop the most effective demand forecast and ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time. You will be responsible for: Establishing and maintaining statistical forecast (including baseline and promotional) using Blue Yonder Demand for all banners. Developing manual forecasts in Excel for promotional programs. Collaborating with Supply Chain Analysts and Category Managers to develop demand plans. Working closely with Supply Planners to ensure sufficient inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand. Adjusting forecasts to account for market intelligence, seasonality, and other unique events. Generating appropriate aggregations of forecast data to facilitate cross-functional communication. Partnering with Supply Chain Analysts to track and measure performance of actual sales against forecasted sales. You have: A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline is considered an asset. 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment with planning, supply chain, and merchandising. A broad understanding of Blue Yonder Demand, demand planning principles and supply chain operations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. You are: Analytical and detail-orientated, with strong problem-solving skills. Highly organized, systematic, and able to complete tasks accurately and on time. Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Compensation Details: $75,509.00 - $94,387.00 The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
