Job Description:We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join our operations team.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain production systems across Unix| Windows| Mainframe| and containerized environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-timeminimizing system downtimeSupport and manage Stonebranch workflow automation and OpenShift containerized applicationsExecute and maintain SQL queries and database operationsDevelop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting and PythonRespond to and resolve compliance and IT risk-related incidentsDocument issues| resolutions| and maintain knowledge base articlesCollaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system performanceParticipate in on-call rotation for production supportRequired Skills & ExperienceUnix/Linux Administration: System management| troubleshooting| and optimizationWindows Server: Administration and supportWorkflow Orchestration: Stonebranch platform expertiseContainer Platforms: OpenShift deployment and managementMainframe Systems: JCL (Job Control Language) knowledge and mainframe operationsDatabase Management: SQL proficiency for querying and data managementScripting: Shell scripting and Python development for automationCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaborationCompliance & Risk Management: Understanding of IT risk frameworks and compliance requirements.
