About the role

Hybrid: 80% Remote, 20% on site Location: Golden, Canmore or Calgary area Duration: At least 2 months, subject to university's required internship period. We manage all aspects of the rental and guest experience, including guest communication, property maintenance, and marketing. Job Description: This position will be spent 80% working remotely and 20% at our various locations in Golden, Canmore and Calgary. While reporting to the Project Specialist and the CEO, the Project Coordinator will organize, coordinate, and execute unit set-up and update projects for our short-term rental properties. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with different departments within S&T to organize tasks and update internal stakeholders. The right candidate will be meeting with external stakeholders to discuss project deliverables as well as doing occasional on-site checks for our properties in Calgary and Canmore. Responsibilities: Assist in communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders via phone, video call, email, or in person. Support coordination with departments such as Key Accounts, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Interior Decorators. Assist with new unit setup and unit transition projects. Help plan, organize, and coordinate project activities to meet timelines. Monitor project progress and update project tracking tools. Assist in tracking project expenses and maintaining project documentation. Help identify project needs, including materials, resources, and scheduling requirements. Research and coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed. Assist in preparing project reports, budgets, and progress updates. Support the review and improvement of project plans and processes. Help purchase and organize items needed for unit setups. Assist in drafting and updating company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Participate in furniture assembly and unit setup to prepare properties for guests. Perform other project-related and administrative tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset but not required.
