Overview: Seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale migration of ~300 screens from EDS & Oracle Forms to Angular using an AI-assisted conversion tool. This role focuses on validating business requirements, identifying gaps in AI-generated outputs (target 95% accuracy), and ensuring functional alignment across the modernized application.

Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of Business Analyst experience Experience with application migrations or system modernization Strong ability to translate business processes into functional requirements Experience identifying gaps between legacy and new systems Strong understanding of UI, business logic, and data flow Experience working with Dev and QA teams Strong stakeholder communication skills Bilingual (English/French required)

Nice to Have: ERP or Oracle Forms migration experience UAT support / test validation experience Exposure to AI-generated or automated solutions
