Job Title: Organizational Change Manager Location: Edmonton, AB (Occasional Travel upto 3-4 time in a month) Employment Type: Contract

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to support a major enterprise information system transformation. This role will lead change management activities to help stakeholders successfully adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience developing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, and organizational readiness activities for large technology implementations.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute organizational change management strategies and plans. Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses. Create and implement communication and engagement plans. Develop communication materials and executive presentations. Lead organizational readiness and change adoption activities. Identify and manage change-related risks, issues, and resistance. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions. Collaborate with project managers, business teams, vendors, and trainers throughout project delivery. Define success metrics and monitor change adoption and project readiness. Support technology implementations to ensure successful user adoption and sustainable outcomes.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications Experience leading organizational change management initiatives for enterprise technology projects. Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments. Experience developing and executing communication and change management plans. Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience supporting large system implementation or digital transformation projects. Strong written communication and content development skills. Experience managing change-related risks, issues, and resistance. Excellent collaboration and project coordination skills.

Preferred Skills Experience supporting ERP, information system, or enterprise application implementations. Knowledge of project delivery and software development lifecycles. Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent). Public Sector or Utility industry experience.
