Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer (AWS) Location: Toronto, ON (Up to 5 days onsite) Contract: July 27, 2026 – January 6, 2027 (126 business days) Incorp Rate: $90-$98.28/hr

Must-Have Skills Advanced AWS Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using CloudFormation and AWS CDK (Python & Node.js). Strong CI/CD automation experience with GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins. Expertise in AWS security, including IAM, network security, encryption, and secure serverless deployments handling PHI. Experience supporting healthcare compliance standards such as PHIPA/HIPAA. Experience with FHIR repositories, specifically Smile CDR and AWS HealthLake. Experience with OpenText NetIQ IAM. Public sector experience. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and support secure AWS cloud environments and serverless solutions. Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines. Deploy and manage AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, and event-driven integrations. Monitor cloud environments and ensure performance, availability, and security. Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and compliance controls. Collaborate with development, security, and business teams to deliver cloud solutions. Preferred Qualifications AWS DevOps Engineer Professional or AWS Security Specialty certification. Experience with AWS Fault Injection Simulator (FIS) or cloud resiliency testing. Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and provincial digital health assets. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, Linux, Python, Bash, Node.js, Git, Ansible, JIRA, and Confluence
