AI is only as good as the humans who evaluate it. We're looking for sharp, detail-oriented people to review AI-generated outputs and provide the structured feedback that makes AI systems more accurate, reliable, and trustworthy.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your critical thinking directly influences how cutting-edge AI models learn and improve. No AI background required — just a keen eye for quality and a commitment to accuracy.

What You'll Do

Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for factual accuracy and relevance Rate content quality using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI outputs fall short Write clear, actionable feedback that directly guides model improvement Work across a variety of topics and content types — no two days are the same

Who You Are

A natural eye for detail with strong analytical thinking Comfortable reading, evaluating, and critiquing written content Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently Clear and precise written communicator in English No prior AI, technical, or data experience required — we'll provide everything you need

Nice to Have

Experience in editing, research, fact-checking, or quality assurance Familiarity with content evaluation or annotation workflows Curiosity about how AI systems work
