An Initial AI Screening will be conducted for this role.

Duration: 12 months | strong likelihood for an extension, or conversion to full time employee

Daily Responsibilities:

Analysis of assigned tasks – anything from a small change for to support a production but to defining requirements for a major program. Requirements to get a change into working software.

What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role? Ability to work with SQL or Excel is really useful – those are our main tools. The role is as an analyst but it is within technology so understanding the difference between an MQ message versus an SFTP drop file is important (this is an example, and not exhaustive).

Must-have Skills: Demonstrable business analysis capability within a technology team. Capital Markets trade flow background or Collateral Management experience. Ability to communicate clearly – ask questions, ask follow-up questions, and document clearly. Standard Windows programs are used extensively. An interest in AI.

Nice-to-have Skills: Computer science or data science background is nice to have, but experience is better. Jira experience, Agile experience (Kanban).

Soft skills: Communication, time keeping. Ability to organize self and others.
