This role is centered on leading and enabling large-scale organizational change within a complex digital transformation program focused on modernizing healthcare systems. You will act as a key driver of adoption for new information management and technology solutions, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, engaged, and supported throughout the transition. The environment is highly collaborative, involving senior leadership, clinical teams, and technical delivery groups across multiple organizations. You will design and execute change strategies that reduce resistance and maximize user adoption of new systems and workflows. The work includes a strong focus on communication, training, and readiness across large, multi-stakeholder healthcare environments. Accountabilities: You will be responsible for leading end-to-end change management activities across a large-scale healthcare transformation program, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and clinical workflows. Lead organizational change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement and readiness assessments Conduct change impact analyses, risk identification, and mitigation planning across multiple teams Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans targeting diverse stakeholder groups Design and deliver training programs, curriculum, and adoption materials for new workflows and systems Provide coaching and guidance to senior leadership on change communication and adoption strategies Support standardized clinical transformation initiatives across multiple healthcare organizations Drive user adoption and ensure effective integration of Altera Sunrise solutions within clinical environments Requirements: You are an experienced change management professional with deep expertise in complex IT-enabled transformations, ideally within healthcare environments and large-scale organizations. Valid Prosci ADKAR Change Management Certification (mandatory) 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management supporting IT implementations Proven experience in stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, risk identification, and change planning Strong background in healthcare-related change management initiatives 5+ years of experience developing communication strategies and coaching senior leadership 5+ years of experience creating and delivering training programs and adoption frameworks Experience working in large organizations with 1,000+ employees or complex multi-entity environments Experience supporting standardized clinical implementations across multiple healthcare organizations Hands-on experience with Altera Sunrise suite implementations in clinical settings (2+ years preferred) Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and user adoption strategies Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and influencing skills Ability to work remotely from within Canada for the duration of the contract Benefits: Competitive contract compensation based on experience Fully remote work arrangement within Canada Opportunity to contribute to a large-scale national healthcare transformation initiative High-impact role influencing clinical systems and patient care improvements Collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional healthcare teams Exposure to complex, multi-organization digital transformation programs Opportunity to work on widely adopted clinical technology solutions Professional experience in a highly regulated and mission-critical environment
