You will act as a key driver of adoption for new information management and technology solutions, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, engaged, and supported throughout the transition. The environment is highly collaborative, involving senior leadership, clinical teams, and technical delivery groups across multiple organizations. You will design and execute change strategies that reduce resistance and maximize user adoption of new systems and workflows. Accountabilities: You will be responsible for leading end-to-end change management activities across a large-scale healthcare transformation program, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and clinical workflows. Lead organizational change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement and readiness assessments Conduct change impact analyses, risk identification, and mitigation planning across multiple teams Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans targeting diverse stakeholder groups Design and deliver training programs, curriculum, and adoption materials for new workflows and systems Provide coaching and guidance to senior leadership on change communication and adoption strategies Support standardized clinical transformation initiatives across multiple healthcare organizations Drive user adoption and ensure effective integration of Altera Sunrise solutions within clinical environments Requirements: You are an experienced change management professional with deep expertise in complex IT-enabled transformations, ideally within healthcare environments and large-scale organizations.
