SAP CRTM Manager

Level: Mid/Senior Consultant Start Date: June 29,2026 Duration: Dec.30,2026 Hours: Full-time 40/hrs /week Location: Remote - Toronto/GTA Travel - some travel to Saint John, NB Languages: English Rate: $90-110/hr

Description Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP CTRM solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment Manage and support financial deal processes for derivatives, including: Basket Swaps Pre-Crack Swaps Other commodity-linked derivative instruments Configure and optimize trade capture, pricing, valuation, and settlement processes Design and deliver risk reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment between: Physical commodity transactions Financial exposure and P&L reporting Ensure strong physical–finance linkage for accurate exposure management and reporting Lead implementation and compliance of hedge accounting processes in line with IFRS/GAAP standards Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Trading stakeholders to define business requirements and solutions Oversee integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD) and external trading systems Provide leadership to functional teams and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP CTRM Support system enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in SAP Commodity Risk & Trading Management (CTRM) or SAP TRM Strong hands-on experience with derivatives financial deal processing (e.g., swaps, structured products) Proven expertise in risk reporting and exposure management, including physical-financial reconciliation In-depth knowledge of hedge accounting processes and financial compliance requirements Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or ECC CTRM implementations Strong understanding of commodity trading lifecycle (front, mid, back office) Experience integrating SAP CTRM with FI/CO and other logistics modules *** Some travel to Saint John NB might be needed.
