Assignment:

• Full-time 1.0 FTE temporary teaching position
• Assignments to include:
  • Grade 7-9 Mathematics
  • Grade 7-9 Science
  • Grade 10-12 Career and Life Management
• Duties to commence August 26, 2026 and will continue until April 17, 2027

Qualifications:

• Experience teaching grade 7-9 Math and Science would be considered an asset
• Experience in Career and Life Management would be considered an asset
• Strong technology and 21st century learning skills
• Assessment literate
• Ability to utilize varied instructional strategies to meet a wide range of individual needs
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong classroom management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in a team-orientated learning environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth
• An understanding of High School Redesign and the Collaborative Response Model would be considered an asset
