Senior Salesforce Developer Location : Markham, ON (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

About the Role : One of our leading technology clients is actively hiring multiple Senior Salesforce Developers to support a growing portfolio of enterprise Salesforce initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for highly skilled, hands-on Salesforce professionals who are passionate about building scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions in a collaborative Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience, strong hands-on coding expertise, practical OmniStudio experience, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise Salesforce applications. This is a development-focused role. Candidates must be actively involved in coding, solution design, integration development, and enterprise application delivery—not solely Salesforce Administration or configuration. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise Salesforce applications. Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce Flows. Design, develop, and maintain OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP, and third-party systems. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Follow Salesforce development best practices, CI/CD processes, Git, version control standards, and coding best practices. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Required Skills : 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience. Strong hands-on coding experience with: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce Apex Triggers Batch Apex Salesforce Flows Hands-on Salesforce OmniStudio experience is mandatory, including: OmniScripts FlexCards DataRaptors Integration Procedures Experience developing Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and HTTP. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, security model, sharing rules, and development best practices. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Required Certifications Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification – Required Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification – Required Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification – Required Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) Certification will be considered a strong advantage. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). Experience working on large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations. Additional Information Hybrid work model (3 days onsite in Markham, ON). Hands-on Salesforce coding experience is mandatory. Hands-on Salesforce OmniStudio development experience is mandatory.
