Job Title: Business Analyst - Senior- Salesforce Employment Type: Contract Duration: End of August 2027 Location: Toronto Ideal Rate: $90- $95 (Based on Experience) ONSITE- 5 days

Must haves: 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst delivering Salesforce CRM solutions Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Grantmaking, Nonprofit Cloud, Health Cloud, or Sales Cloud Strong experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management Hands-on experience creating User Stories and managing backlogs in Azure DevOps Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology Experience supporting UAT, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews Experience with Salesforce integrations and working with third-party systems Public sector or healthcare experience is highly preferred
