What You'll Do Working independently, you will: Conduct introductory phone and Zoom conversations with prospective clients. Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Schedule and facilitate discovery conversations. Explain our educational programs using established presentation materials. Assess whether prospective clients meet our program criteria. Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up activities. Complete ongoing follow-up with prospective clients. Participate in scheduled online training and professional development sessions. Learn established client engagement, marketing and communication systems. Manage your own weekly schedule and activity planning. Qualifications We're interested in professionals who have: Seven or more years of professional experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in business development, sales, recruiting, education, consulting, customer success, leadership or management. Confidence using Zoom, email and online collaboration tools. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently while following established systems. Interest in continuous professional development. Training & Support Successful contractors receive: Comprehensive onboarding. Structured product and systems training. Weekly professional development sessions. Ongoing mentorship and coaching. Established operating systems and approved marketing resources. Administrative and technology support. Flexibility to organize work activities around personal schedules.
Compensation Compensation is performance-based and tied to individual business results. Details regarding the compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.
