Job Title - Electrical Technician Job Location - Markham, Ontario Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Job Description - • Testing & trouble shooting products on different production line • Reviewing failures and performing root cause analysis across the specific product line. • Setting up test positions/systems/instruments and performing tests • Conducting circuit adjustments requiring analysis against published electrical standards. • Performing circuit analysis / functional diagnosis using schematic drawing to troubleshoot and to repair the product which fail to meet performance specifications • Maintaining electronically- or processor-controlled machines and test rigs • Assisting in testing of prototypes & pilot units required to qualify an engineering change build • Processing Non-Conforming (NCM) parts and entering correct failure/defect code in ERP • Problem solving for continuous process improvement • Interfacing and driving solutions, with other departments within the organization • Packing and/or assisting in completing FG units, systems or panels, when and where applicable • Assisting in meeting and exceeding the relevant metrics (Output, RK, FPY targets)
