We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Transformation Consultants who combine strong engineering expertise with hands-on implementation experience. This role is ideal for professionals who have successfully delivered operational transformation initiatives by owning both the strategy and execution of complex manufacturing projects. You will partner with clients to improve manufacturing operations, implement digital transformation initiatives, optimize production processes, and deploy leading industrial technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead manufacturing transformation and operational excellence initiatives. Design and implement process improvements across manufacturing operations. Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity and quality. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end transformation projects. Develop operating models, implementation roadmaps, and business cases. Apply advanced analytics and operational modelling to improve manufacturing performance. Support deployment of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions and industrial digital technologies. Provide expertise across IT/OT integration and manufacturing systems. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations-focused environments.
