What You'll Do

Construct precise, well-organized reasoning logs for sophisticated technical and machine learning problems Document step-by-step decision-making and problem-solving workflows that demonstrate expert-level thinking Create high-quality training datasets that show AI models how to interact with tools and systems effectively Audit and refine AI-generated reasoning chains for accuracy, logical coherence, and practical soundness Translate complex technical methodologies into clear, structured formats that AI can learn from

Who You Are

Professional background in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a technical discipline Exceptional ability to articulate intricate logical processes clearly and concisely Strong critical thinking skills — you can spot flawed reasoning and know how to fix it Comfortable working independently and managing your own workflow Master's Degree or PhD in a relevant technical field

Nice to Have

Prior experience with data annotation, data labeling, or AI evaluation workflows Familiarity with how large language models (LLMs) are trained or fine-tuned Background in AI safety, RLHF, or model alignment research Experience writing technical documentation or structured reasoning assessments
