SKILLS REQUIRED Mandatory Skills: Certent Disclosure Management (CDM) – Design, development, customization, and support of disclosure management solutions. Advanced Microsoft Excel – Expertise in XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, dashboards, and complex financial data modeling. Excel VBA & Macros – Development of automation scripts, reusable components, and reporting workflows. SEC Filings & Financial Reporting – Experience with 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K filings, regulatory disclosures, and financial statement preparation. Data Integration & Validation – Integration of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) with Certent CDM, data transformation, reconciliation, and automated tie-outs. XBRL Tagging & Filing Automation – Support and enhancement of XBRL tagging processes and regulatory filing automation. Financial Systems & Banking Domain Expertise – Strong understanding of financial reporting processes, accounting workflows, and regulatory compliance.
