JOB DESCRIPTION
Employment: 6-Month Contract
Location: 3x Per Week - St. Jacobs, ON
Pay: $40-$42
Insight Global is looking for a Level 2 Application Support Analyst to join a leading retail organization and provide technical support for critical in-store applications and systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting escalated issues from Level 1 support, diagnosing software and hardware problems, supporting upgrades and testing initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer service to retail store users. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience in a customer-facing support environment, and a willingness to work on-site and participate in an after-hours support rotation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-10+ years of experience with strong depth in networking and troubleshooting
-Advanced understanding of network infrastructure, issue diagnosis, and resolution
-Solid Linux experience (administration, troubleshooting, environments)
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience with Fortinet products is a strong nice-to-have

Open to telecom backgrounds only if the candidate is extremely strong overall

Strong preference for candidates with POS / retail environment experience
