Participate in project focus groups, JAD sessions, SCRUMs, and technical meetings with IT service providers. Provide production support to the SADIE application. Anticipate and resolve problems to ensure deliverables are completed on time and in compliance with OPS Standards and Templates. Review and confirm software, hardware, and network requirements. Identify and communicate issues and risks to the DADS IT Project Manager and participate in mitigation activities.

General Skills

Experience proactively identifying and communicating potential issues and risk events before they occur so that proper mitigating strategies can be developed, through the DADS SADIE Development Team Lead and/or DADS IT Project Manager.
