About the role
Capital Market BSA Location – Toronto Work Model – Hybrid (4 days work from Office)
• great experience as a Business Analyst, with progressively increasing responsibilities in requirements management on large and complex projects. • Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes. • Proven experience in requirements planning, prioritization, and elicitation techniques. • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and MS Visio. • Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL. • Experience working with APIs, Python, and AI • Experience with workflow and process automation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow. • Strong understanding of system integration concepts, including ETL processes and data pipelines. • Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field. • Understanding of the Product Control function and its role within Capital Markets. • Hands-on experience with data sourcing and mappings for major Capital Market products. • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools • Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics concepts.
