Note: This is a full-time 1 year contract position based in Allan, SK. Reporting directly reporting to the Facilities Supervisor; pay rate as agreed, based on experience, expertise, and applicable education.

COMPANY INTRODUCTION

Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God’s love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION
Our Saskatchewan Men’s Centre is looking for a full-time, one-year contract Facilities Assistant. The primary responsibility of the Facilities Assistant is to support the Facilities Supervisor in performing general building and property maintenance, while meeting Teen Challenge’s Maintenance objectives. Responsibilities also include: supervising clients, performing diversified duties involving repairs, troubleshooting, equipment and tool maintenance, and to assist with coordinating and communicating with outside contractors, as required.
