Position Overview: We?re looking for a motivated and reliable Landscape Labourer to work on both hardscaping and softscaping/lawncare jobs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in physical work, and wants to be part of a skilled and supportive crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of lawns, gardens, retaining walls, patios, and other landscape features
• Conduct lawn care operations such as mowing, edging, and trimming to a high level of quality
• Operate small machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials, soil, and aggregates
• Perform general site clean-up and maintenance
• Support the foreman and team on day-to-day project tasks
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping or lawncare experience is preferred but not required
• Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Machine operating experience is a strong asset
