TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Must Have Skills: • Typically, 1-3 years of relevant experience – less experience necessary if candidate has a relevant postsecondary degree • Computer skills with Excel, Outlook, Microsoft 365 tools – intermediate • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time, escalating when necessary • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth. • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth. • Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth. • Influence skills - In-depth. Nice to Have Skills: • Previous experience & demonstrated results in recruiting or sourcing • Relevant postsecondary • Workday experience • Previous FI experience TekStaff may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of the applicant screening process.
