Responsibilities
Provide senior-level organizational change management advisory and implementation support for digital transformation initiatives. Support the development of OCM approaches, strategies, plans, and frameworks using recognized methodologies, including ADKAR. Conduct change impact analyses, stakeholder assessments and readiness assessments. Assist with communications, engagement, and training activities to support change adoption. Define and document governance structures, roles and responsibilities related to change management activities. Develop communication materials and support stakeholder engagement activities. Identify change-related risks and resistance factors and recommend mitigation approaches. Support the development and coordination of training materials and activities. Provide advice and guidance to project teams and stakeholders on change management practices. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder consultations as required. Track and report on change management activities, including adoption indicators and maintain supporting documentation. Provide knowledge transfer to internal resources.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Change Management Consultant. 10+ years of experience in change management focused on communications, engagement, behavioural change and cultural change. Experience delivering stakeholder interviews, workshops, senior management consultations, and senior management presentations across at least 5 projects within the last 5 years. Current certification in one or more of the following: Prosci Change Management, ACMP Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or APMG Change Management Practitioner (CMP). Experience developing current-state analyses, change rationales, and future-state or desired-state definitions for change initiatives. Experience leading the development of OCM documentation, including organizational change readiness assessments, change implementation plans, communication and stakeholder engagement plans, leadership alignment plans, training plans, job classification assessment reports, and knowledge transfer and reinforcement plans. Experience developing evaluation metrics and measurement frameworks to assess the success of change management strategies for IT-enabled business transformation initiatives. Experience leading cultural change initiatives in organizations of 500+ employees, including identifying practices requiring change, prioritizing selected practices, formulating performance objectives, establishing key characteristics of new practices, and identifying barriers to implementation. Undergraduate degree or college diploma in organizational change management, business management, business administration, commerce, human resources, social sciences or a similar discipline.
