Our client is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with > 7 years of experience. The firm, situated in the Greater Toronto Area, is expanding its team and requires your expertise. This is a contract role.

Your qualifications will encompass:

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in power generation, TL, and HV substation design. The capability to work independently within a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in utilizing structural analysis software. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Your duties will involve: Engaging in continuous communication and coordination with clients, other consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Contributing your extensive knowledge of codes and standards relevant to your design responsibilities. Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Exhibiting creativity and innovation in problem-solving. Leading by example.
