Role: IELTS Invigilator Reports to: Test Center Coordinator Location: Metro Vancouver (Richmond & Surrey, BC) Compensation: CAD $19.00 per hour

ILSC Vancouver Testing Centre seeks dependable, customer-focused, and highly professional IELTS Invigilators to provide invigilation services as an independent contractor in Richmond and Surrey, BC. The team is looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced testing environment. Assignments are scheduled on an on-call/ass-needed basis, in line with operational requirements. Most assignments take place on Saturdays and Sundays, with recurring weekday assignments Monday through Friday, depending on test schedules.

Job Duties: The duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Setting up test rooms and equipment at the venue as required Checking in and out test taker's personal belongings Checking in test-takers using IELTS and other high-stakes testing processes Administering and invigilating tests Cleaning up after tests Lifting and pushing/pulling bins that weight up to 30lbs Other duties as required

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures. Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold test security standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a professional testing environment and managing candidate interactions. Previous invigilation, administration, customer service, or educational experience is an asset. Proficiency with basic computer applications and technology.
