Manage event budgets, sponsorship commitments, MDF tracking, vendor quotes, invoices, and related coordination in partnership with internal teams. Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and make sound decisions under pressure to ensure a professional and seamless event experience. Maintain organized tracking of event activity, deliverables, stakeholder commitments, and reporting requirements.
Broader Marketing Support Support related marketing initiatives as needed, including campaign coordination, partner communications, content support, internal communications, reporting, and digital promotion tied to events. Contribute to a collaborative, small-team environment by stepping in where needed to help the Growth & Marketing team deliver against business priorities.

Commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing events support pipeline, customer engagement, partner value, and revenue growth. Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, registration, event management, or reporting platforms. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and similar tools is an asset. Very high attention to detail, with strong writing, editing, and messaging skills, especially for event communications, sponsor materials, invitations, agendas, and follow-up content.
