Lead culinary team with Owner Chef Gene Cormier

Train staff to produce consistent, high quality food and maintain a high level of productivity

Manage shift operations and ensure team compliance with health and safety protocols

Lead the team in the absence of the owner

Conduct production schedule and manage par stocks to standard for effective ordering
Must have own transportation, flexible schedule and passion for the kitchen
Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
Experience:
- Sous Chef: 1 year (preferred)
- Culinary: 2 years (required)
