AI Solutions Developer Job Overview Hyatt is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance hotel operations, streamline business processes, and improve overall productivity. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to build practical AI applications using ChatGPT, OpenAI, Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot, and AI workflow automation platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on AI development experience with prompt engineering expertise and has the ability to transform business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions that support Hyatt's business and hotel operations. Build, customize, and optimize Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot Agents, AI assistants, and workflow automation solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable AI applications and automated workflows. Partner with Hotel Operations, Commercial Services, Events, and other business teams to identify and implement high-value AI use cases. Manage and prioritize multiple AI initiatives while supporting agile and rapid delivery cycles. Develop, test, and refine prompts to improve AI accuracy, consistency, and user experience. Perform user acceptance testing, gather stakeholder feedback, troubleshoot issues, and continuously enhance AI solutions. Collaborate with enterprise AI platform teams, API developers, and technical stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities across business systems. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through AI. Monitor AI solution performance, user adoption, and business impact while driving continuous improvements.
