Role Description

The Archer Solution Architect is responsible for designing, building, and integrating computer and information systems to meet enterprise business and risk management needs. The role provides strategic technical guidance across the solution lifecycle and ensures all architecture decisions align with organizational objectives and risk governance standards.

The architect will evaluate technologies, define solution approaches, and ensure successful delivery of risk and audit platforms while maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and integrate enterprise systems to support business and risk requirements. • Provide strategic architectural guidance throughout the solution development lifecycle. • Make key technical design decisions and communicate their enterprise impact. • Evaluate and select appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks. • Ensure delivery teams are equipped with required technical resources for implementation. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technology solutions. • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements with stakeholders. • Prioritize issues and resolve technical and business constraints effectively. • Develop and implement risk management strategies for solution delivery. • Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including performance, security, and reliability. • Perform root cause analysis and develop practical remediation solutions.
