Actively participate in requirements elaboration sessions, sprint planning, release readiness reviews, and other Agile ceremonies. Design, develop, and execute functional test plans and detailed test cases based on business and product requirements. Document, log, and track defects using defect management tools; ensure clear communication of issues to relevant teams. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects identified during testing. Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate new features and ensure no impact on existing functionality. Prepare high-quality test documentation and present test results and recommendations to stakeholders. Coordinate demo activities with business stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary. Utilize Agile tools (e.g., JIRA) to track and manage testing activities.
