The ideal candidate should have strong Python development skills and hands-on experience building production AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents. Mandatory Skills 5+ years of software development experience Strong Python programming skills Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications Experience developing AI Agents / Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems Strong experience with FastAPI and REST APIs Knowledge of Prompt Engineering Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex Experience with Pydantic, JSON Schema, and structured data extraction Strong software engineering fundamentals and production application development Preferred Skills AI evaluation frameworks Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus) Docker, Kubernetes AI security and deployment best practices
