ABOUT WISEFUTURE VENTURES WiseFuture Ventures is a Toronto-based venture studio founded by Dr. Timothy Tiryaki, author of six books, keynote speaker, executive coach, and LinkedIn thought leader with 100,000+ followers. Over the past decade, Dr. Tim built two traditional ventures from the ground up, Maslow Research Center, a culture transformation consultancy with active government contracts, and Strategy.Inc, a global strategy institute co-developing the next generation of strategic leadership capability. In 2026, he established WiseFuture Ventures for next chapter of digital ventures. THE VENTURES We are currently building DrTim Academy | DrTim.AI — an integrated micro-learning platform and AI-powered digital experience built on 25+ years of leadership and strategy IP. The content exists. The audience exists. The frameworks have been validated at the highest levels. What we are building now is the platform, the products, and the digital experiences that bring all of it to life. DrTim Academy | DrTim.AI is one of several ventures in active development within the WiseFuture portfolio. Venture Partners who perform well will have the opportunity to grow into additional ventures as the studio expands.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You are a creator who thinks like an entrepreneur. You are motivated by the idea of touching lives through educational content. You believe that helping people and organisations grow is meaningful work and you want to build products that do exactly that at scale. You thrive in the gig economy by choice. You run projects in parallel, you manage your own time, and you are always looking to add income streams that compound over time rather than reset with every contract. You are excited about building at the frontier, AI-generated content, digital twin technology, e-learning platforms, and creator-led communities. You do not need to have mastered all of it. You need to be genuinely excited to build it. You may be a solo creator, a small agency, or a content production team. All are welcome.

VENTURE PARTNER ROLES WE ARE FILLING We are looking for creators with capability in one or more of the following areas:

AI Content & Digital Twin Production Working with tools such as Synthesia or equivalent platforms to develop and manage an AI avatar and digital twin experience. This is a build-from-vision role, the digital twin does not yet exist. We are looking for someone who can help design and deliver it.

E-Learning Design & Course Production Designing and producing structured micro-learning content using platforms such as Kajabi or equivalent. Experience structuring intellectual property into courses, certificates, and learning journeys for professional audiences.

Newsletter & Community Growth Building and managing newsletter audiences and paid communities using platforms such as beehiiv or equivalent. Experience converting engaged audiences into paying members and learners.

Social Media & YouTube Channel Management Managing and growing a YouTube channel and / or Instagram presence as a content distribution engine for the Academy. Video editing, content scheduling, and audience development.

You do not need to cover all of these areas. We are looking for focused, excellent operators, not generalists. If you have a team or agency that spans multiple areas, that is a strong advantage.

THE VENTURE PARTNER MODEL This is not a job. There is no salary. Venture Partners earn a revenue royalty, a percentage of net revenue generated by the venture, for an initial term of three to five years, renewable based on performance. You build it well, you earn from it, for years. The better you build it, the more you earn.

NON-EXCLUSIVE BY DESIGN This partnership is non-exclusive and that is intentional. The most talented creators and operators in the digital economy are not sitting idle waiting for one client. They are building, running multiple projects, and adding income streams that compound. We designed this arrangement specifically for that profile. Keep your agency. Keep your clients. Keep your other ventures. Add a long-term royalty stream on top of everything you are already building on IP and an audience that most creators spend years trying to develop from scratch. We are not looking for exclusivity. We are looking for excellence. Operational IP developed within the venture belongs to the venture. Strategic and brand IP remains with WiseFuture Ventures.
