About the role
Part-Time On-Call Field Manager Company: Admiral Janitorial Location: Peel Region, Halton Region and surrounding GTA areas Position: Part-Time, On-Call Hours: Variable, primarily evenings Admiral Janitorial is growing and looking for a dependable Field Manager to provide occasional support at our client locations. This is a part-time, on-call position with no guaranteed weekly hours at the beginning. Hours will increase as the company adds new clients and cleaning teams. Main Responsibilities Visit client sites for occasional quality inspections. Help train and introduce new cleaners to their assigned locations. Respond to urgent employee or client issues when available. Check that staff have the supplies and information needed to complete their work. Report concerns and updates directly to the company owner. Occasionally assist with arranging coverage when an employee is absent. This is not a full-time management position. The role is intended for someone who has other commitments, wants flexible additional income, and is interested in growing with the company. Requirements Experience in commercial cleaning, supervision, property services, or facilities operations. Reliable vehicle and valid Ontario driver’s licence. Evening availability and some flexibility for short-notice calls. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and simple inspection forms. Serving commercial and industrial facilities across the western Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Milton, Orangeville, Georgetown, Etobicoke, North York, Richmond Hill, and Vaughan.
