Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate. These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay. These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification. Language of Work: Anglais | English Requirements and Nature of Work: Nature of Work Marking assignments, CSL/Case projects and final reflections. Meeting with groups of students on a weekly basis. Proctoring exams. Minimum qualifications Strong understanding of Leadership, Strategy and Sustainability Ability to apply grading rubrics and provide clear, structured feedback Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workload efficiently Minimum C.G.P.A. of 7.0; Minimum grade of A- in ADM 4317 or its equivalent; Experience with online course delivery considered an asset Experience with online videoconferencing environment considered an asset (ex. Microsoft Teams) PhD students with prior experience will be given priority Comments Preference will be given to higher grades; Preference will be given to candidates who have previously been teaching assistants or markers for this course Preference will be given to candidates enrolled in Telfer programs Candidates on short list will be interviewed by course professor/coordinator. Please note that the posted hours could increased by 10% to 30% due to registration. Please note, you will be required to have access to a computer, internet, microphone and webcam. Contract hours may be reallocated among different tasks, which the professor may adjust over the course of the semester. Must be located in Ottawa for the entire duration of the course (with the exception of official University holidays), including through the grading of the final exam and calculation of final grades by the professor.
