🤝 Interview: Face-to-Face Required Key Requirements: ✔️ 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst ✔️ 5+ years of Banking experience in Business Analysis or Data Analysis ✔️ Strong experience in Requirements Gathering, Data Mapping & System Analysis ✔️ Expertise in Use Case Development and Functional Documentation ✔️ Experience supporting QA, SIT, and UAT activities ✔️ Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills Responsibilities: 🔹 Gather and document business and system requirements 🔹 Perform data analysis and data mapping 🔹 Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process documentation 🔹 Support Development, QA, and UAT teams 🔹 Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints 🔹 Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
