Job Title – Operations Officer Period – 12 months (Extension possible) Location – Mississauga, ON

Job Summary As a Operations Officer II, you’ll process and action operational estate files and requests, complete money movements, and handle complex situations with accuracy—while meeting strict SLA and productivity expectations. Required Skills 2–4 years of banking and financial experience Microsoft Office 365 proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel) Data entry experience Proven experience meeting SLAs and working efficiently under deadlines Tech savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly Strong communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail Time management and organizational skills Adaptability to change, including comfort with complexity

Nice to Have Skills Estate file processing experience Familiarity with multiple banking products, including a retail banking background Background that includes exposure to money movement requests and complex cases Experience supporting estate-related processing workflows

Preferred Education and Experience Undergraduate degree 2–4 years of banking/financial experience, ideally with exposure to estate processing and a range of banking product knowledge (including retail banking)
