Job Description

We are looking for a Senior System Support Analyst (L2 Support) with strong experience in Windows OS and application support environments. The ideal candidate will possess solid troubleshooting abilities, scripting knowledge, and excellent communication skills to support business-critical systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for Windows OS and Windows-based applications Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of support environments Develop and maintain scripts using languages such as Visual Script, JavaScript, Perl, or Python for automation and support activities

Qualifications & Skills

3 5 years of experience in Windows OS and Windows platform application support Good understanding of departmental processes and support environments At least 2 years of hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Visual Script, JavaScript, Perl, Python, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English A college or university degree is considered an asset Previous financial institution experience is an asset
