About The Opportunity:

TFG is currently recruiting on behalf of a client in the manufacturing Industry for a Human Resources Manager (Contract) based in Brampton, Ontario.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can step into a fast-paced environment, provide immediate support, and contribute effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HR leadership and operational support
• Support employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
• Partner with leadership to ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively maintained
• Assist with workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with employment standards and internal policies
• Contribute to a stable and collaborative team environment during the coverage period

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an HR leadership or management role
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments is considered an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and integrate effectively within established teams
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities

Pay: $70.00-$80.00 per hour
