Senior Telecommunications Integrator
About the role
Titre: Senior Telecommunications Integrator Location: Downtown Montréal 2-3 days/week onsite Duration: 6 months with possibility of renewal – 37.5 hours per week Pay Rate: CAD $100 – CAD $105/hr – Incorporated basis
The candidate must possess the following qualifications: • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in telecommunications solution integration, engineering, or deployment; • Extensive experience with Internet Protocol (IP) networks; • Strong knowledge of Multiprotocol Label Switching (Nokia MPLS) environments; • Expertise in networking, including Segment Routing, data center network services, and Wide Area Networks (WAN); • Experience delivering projects involving Cisco SD-WAN and Catalyst Center solutions; • Strong knowledge of wired and wireless access technologies; • Experience with high-availability systems and critical environments; • Solid knowledge of firewalls and cybersecurity practices; • Proficiency in network automation using Python and JSON; • Ability to work in a primarily English-speaking environment.
Assets: • Ability to design detailed technical specifications (Detailed Design) based on architectures, Blueprints, and laboratory test results; • Experience conducting preliminary site visits and field inspections; • Experience with multi-site deployments across Canada or the United States; • Experience working in critical infrastructure environments; • Experience providing support to field teams during complex deployments along operational infrastructures.
