IT Business Analyst (12-Month Contract) Location: IT Business Analyst (12-Month Contract) Location: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday onsite) – Edmonton, AB

Duration: 12-month contract (extension possible) We're looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support enterprise technology initiatives and digital transformation projects in a collaborative utility environment. What You'll Do Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions. Develop process maps, workflows, and functional documentation. Partner with business teams, IT, and vendors to deliver technology solutions. Support application implementations, upgrades, testing, and change management. What We're Looking For 7+ years of IT Business Analyst experience. Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation skills. Experience supporting enterprise application implementations and technology transformation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Utility industry experience is highly preferred.

Experience in one or more of the following is considered a strong asset: Utility industry experience (Natural Gas preferred; Electric or Water utility experience also considered). Customer Information Systems (CIS) and utility operational applications. SAP IS-U (Customer Information & Billing). JD Edwards (JDE) ERP. Salesforce CRM. Enterprise application implementations, upgrades, or modernization initiatives. Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
