Motorcoach Operator | Quick Shuttle (Vancouver to Seattle)

Come join Quick Coach Lines Ltd. Quick Shuttle by TRAXX offers quick and easy cross-border travel between Vancouver and Seattle with multiple pick-up and drop-off locations. We are hiring multiple full-time seasonal Motorcoach Operators to join our team for a scheduled cross-border service between Downtown Vancouver and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac). In this role, you will provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation while delivering outstanding customer service to our passengers. This position is ideal for professional drivers who value punctuality, safety, consistent routes, and a structured schedule. Enjoy the benefits of sleeping in your own bed every night, working a predictable schedule, earning a stable income, and building rapport with regular passengers who rely on our service. The role will be until October with a possibility of extension or reassignment to other projects within the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a motorcoach on scheduled services between Vancouver and SeaTac.
- Provide professional customer service, including assisting passengers with boarding and loading luggage.
- Performaccuratepre-trip and post-trip inspections using electronic logs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming coach interior.
- Comply with Hours-of-Service rules for both Canada and the United States.
- Maintainaccuratelogs using ELD systems.
- Uphold strong safety and operational standards at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Class 1 or 2 Commercial Driver’s License with air brake endorsement.
- Proof of clean driver’s abstract.
- Valid passport without restrictions to cross the Canada-USA border.
- Knowledgeable in motorcoach operations, safety, ADA, DMV, and DOT requirements.
- Experience with motorcoach, highway, or large-vehicle driving is an asset; minimum of 1 year motorcoach experience.
- Ability to complete accurate pre-trip inspections and operate electronic logs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills; this role relies on strict adherence to a fixed schedule.
- Drug and alcohol testing to meet DOT requirements.
- Multilingual skills are an asset.

TRAXX is composed of a management group which has extensive experience in air, ground, marine, and accommodation logistics. Our core team has worked for major oil & gas and transportation companies delivering on significant projects. Therefore, TRAXX is capable of mass mobilizations.
We are also known as a premium operator in the tourism and sports industry; therefore, we are a preferred carrier for many, major sports teams, and iconic tour companies. TRAXX is held by the private equity firm The Monarch Corporation located in Medicine Hat, Alberta.

We have facility locations in Edmonton, Airdrie (Calgary), Medicine Hat, Lethbridge, Kelowna, Kamloops, Delta (Vancouver), Williams Lake, Quesnel and presence in Penticton, Vernon, and Seattle. We are experts in operating away from base, with experience in multi-month missions throughout North America.
