Job Title: Senior Administrator – SailPoint IIQ, Java, SailPoint FAM Location: Remote - Canada

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Administrator with expertise in SailPoint IIQ, Java, and SailPoint FAM to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong IAM knowledge, excellent communication skills, customer-facing experience, and a foundational understanding of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

Key Responsibilities Provide Identity and Access Management (IAM) administration and support using SailPoint IIQ, Java, and SailPoint FAM. Communicate technical concepts clearly in customer-friendly language. Participate in and lead customer calls as needed. Follow a structured approach to problem analysis and solution communication. Prepare clear and professional written communication through emails and chat. Ask clarifying questions to ensure accurate understanding of customer requirements. Interact directly with customers during calls, demonstrations, troubleshooting sessions, and knowledge transfer (KT) activities. Handle customer queries independently or with minimal guidance. Demonstrate understanding of customer expectations regarding communication, timelines, and ownership. Apply functional knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), including identity lifecycle concepts, authoritative vs. authentication sources, connectors, and tenant connectivity activities.

Required Skills: Strong communication skills. Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Experience with SailPoint IIQ. Java experience. Knowledge of SailPoint FAM. Customer-facing experience. Basic functional knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). Understanding of identity lifecycle concepts. Awareness of authoritative and authentication sources.
